You have the right to withdrawal (which means you can cancel) your order within 7 days after receiving the product without giving any reasons. After canceling your order, you have 14 days to return your product to us. You will be credited with the total amount including shipment costs. Only the costs for the return shipment to MSI Security Solutions are for your own expenses.
When you use your right to withdrawal, the product with all its accessories needs to be returned to MSI Security Solutions in the original condition and packaging. To request your right to withdrawal, please contact us via the contact form.
We will refund the total order amount within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
Exceptions on right to withdrawal
When ordering a product, the exceptions on the right to withdrawal (as described below) apply.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are applicable on products:
a. that have been created based on specifications provided by the customer;
b. that are clearly personal in nature;
c. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
d. that spoil or become obsolete;
e. where price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no influence;
f. for individual newspapers and magazines;
g. for audio and video recordings and computer software for which the customer has broken the seal.
h. hygiene products for which the customer has broken the seal.
The right to a good product
As a customer, you are entitled to a good product. Does the product not meet the basic requirements that may reasonably be expected, then the above exclusions may not apply.
